Your Community Manager will let you know as soon as the Reward Shop is open. The Reward Shop will open in plenty of time before your event so you don't have to worry about claiming your Rewards. Don't panic, all of your Reward Points and Rewards - including free tickets - are safe and will be available for you to claim.
