Once you've sent over an order to your Buyer, it will instantly be added to your 'Pending Order's' list - which you can find within your Event Dashboard, under "Manage Sales". When you tap on "Manage Sales", you'll see all of the orders you've created for the event, organised by status tabs:
- Pending: This is where you'll find all of the orders that your Buyer's are yet to action. This means that they haven't paid for any of their order yet. This could be for a number of reasons, so make sure to remind them so that they are still able to get their tickets.
- Completed: This is where you'll find all of the orders that your Buyer's have paid for in full (you will have earned the Reward and Loyalty Points for any orders that are shown within this tab)
- Deposit Paid: This is where you'll be able to view the orders that your Buyer's have paid the deposit amount for (you won't have earned the full Reward and Loyalty Points for these orders yet, but you will do as soon as your Buyer pays the remaining balance)
- Cancelled: This means your Buyer has cancelled their order. This could be for a number of reasons, maybe they can't make it anymore or they've asked you to raise a different order for example. No worries! You will not receive any Reward or Loyalty Points for any orders shown under this tab.
