You will select your Rewards via the Reward Shop for your event. If the Reward Shop for your Event is closed, don't panic - this gives you time to earn even more Reward Points that you will be able to use in the Reward Shop once it opens. Your Community Manager will let you know as soon as the Reward Shop is open. Don't worry, all of your Reward Points and Rewards - including free tickets - are safe and will be available for you to claim.
